March was very special for the entire educational community, as we celebrated with much enthusiasm the 49th anniversary of our beloved school. It was a week full of joy, unity and activities that reminded us how valuable it is to be part of this great family.

The celebration began with an emotional thanksgiving, where we gave thanks for these 49 years of history, growth and learning. It was a meaningful moment to reflect on all that we have achieved together and to look to the future with hope. Then, with great joy, we sang “Las Mañanitas” to the school! It was a moment full of emotion, accompanied by smiles, applause and much affection.

Throughout the week, we enjoyed a variety of fun and participatory activities that filled the atmosphere with color and energy. Here’s a closer look at some of the most memorable ones:

🎨 Crazy Hair And Socks Day

This was, without a doubt, one of the most visually striking and entertaining days of the week! Students and teachers alike unleashed their creativity with wacky, bold, and imaginative hairstyles and socks. From brightly colored sprays to hair sculpted into wild shapes, the school corridors were transformed into a living art gallery. Some students incorporated accessories like pipe cleaners, glitter, and even mini toys into their styles. It wasn’t just about the laughs—it was a beautiful display of individuality and self-expression. The joy on everyone’s faces was proof that sometimes, being “crazy” is the best way to celebrate unity and fun!

👯‍♂️ Twin Day

Twin Day brought a wonderful sense of connection and collaboration. Friends, classmates, siblings—and even some teachers—coordinated their outfits to match from head to toe. Some pairs dressed in traditional matching clothes, while others went the extra mile with custom T-shirts, themed costumes, or funny disguises. It was heartwarming to see the effort everyone put into showcasing the value of friendship, inclusiveness, and teamwork. Whether it was two best friends or an entire group dressing as “quadruplets,” the message was clear: we’re stronger together.

🏃‍♀️ Traditional Games

This day took us back to simpler times, as students participated in classic games and activities that have been part of our cultural heritage for generations. Laughter echoed through the school as children played hopscotch, tug-of-war, sack races, marbles, and jump rope. These traditional games encouraged teamwork, coordination, and above all, appreciation for the past. Teachers also joined in, sharing stories of their own school days and teaching students the rules of games from their childhood. It was a beautiful way to connect generations and celebrate our roots in a fun, dynamic way.

⚽🏐 Sports Competitions

The week would not have been complete without the adrenaline and excitement of the inter-grade sports competitions. Soccer and volleyball courts came alive with friendly rivalry, cheers from classmates, and displays of incredible team spirit. The most surprising twist? Teachers took to the field too, joining students in a few unforgettable matches that sparked laughter and admiration across the school. Win or lose, each game was a celebration of effort, respect, and school pride.

Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable week that allowed us to proudly celebrate the history and spirit of our institution. We thank everyone who made this beautiful celebration possible: teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.

🎉 Happy 49th anniversary! May we continue to grow together with values, commitment, and much joy.
