On April 23, 2024, our institution was filled with color and joy to celebrate Spanish Language Day. This event not only commemorated our language, but also united students, teachers and families in a tribute to the cultural richness that Spanish provides us.

Students recited classic and contemporary poems, filling the atmosphere with emotion and reflection. One of the most anticipated activities was the performance of short plays. The students showed their creativity by adapting famous stories, giving them a fresh and contemporary touch.

In keeping with the playful spirit, literary games were organized. Competitions included author trivia, word games and creative writing challenges. Excitement and laughter filled the space as teams competed for the title of “Spanish Champions”. It was a great way to learn while having fun.

Spanish Language Day was a resounding success. All the students had fun, learned and, above all, felt the pride of belonging to a community that values its language. The day reminded us that Spanish is much more than a language; it is a symbol of identity and culture that we should celebrate and protect.
