On September 1st, our school proudly celebrated National Flag Day. A day of deep patriotic meaning for all Hondurans. It was a beautiful morning filled with respect, pride, and national spirit, as we paid tribute to our most cherished symbol: our flag.
To mark this important occasion, we had the honor of welcoming soldiers from the First Engineer Battalion, who led the formal flag-raising ceremony. Their presence added a sense of dignity and strength to the event, reminding us all of the sacrifices and dedication behind the freedoms we enjoy.

As the soldiers raised the national flag with precision and honor, students, teachers, and staff stood proudly and sang the Honduran National Anthem with emotion and unity. It was a powerful moment, one that brought our entire school community together in patriotic reflection.
Beyond ceremony, the day served as a reminder to our students about the importance of national identity, history, and civic duty. Through the flag, we celebrate our values, our heritage, and our hope for a better future.

Events like this inspire pride and unity in our hearts. We are grateful to the soldiers who joined us and to every student and teacher who participated with respect and enthusiasm. Our flag is more than just a symbol, it’s a promise to continue building a stronger, united Honduras.
¡Viva Honduras!
